Westward Look Summer
Sports Camp is an outdoor adventure day camp, most of our
activities are held outside, but our goal is to offer our
activities in the cooler, early morning hours. After lunch,
which is held in the Westward Look Bar and Grill, most of the
activities take place either within the swimming pool, fanned
ramadas at the Fitness Center or back at the air-conditioned
Field house. Our camp instructors closely monitor each camper
to ensure that they do not become overheated and are
consistently drinking water. We have ice water stations located
throughout camp, encourage children to bring a water bottle with
a rope in which they can carry with them from activity to
activity. We also provide two snacks a day. Sunscreen is
applied and reapplied on a regular basis – we encourage you to
bring your preferable sunscreen labeled with your child’s name.
In addition, we encourage hats at all time and breathable and
moveable fabric to create comfort.
